From our office in Calpe, we are building a strong team of independent real estate agents across the Northern Costa Blanca.

As a REMAX agent, you are responsible for developing your own clients, network and results. You build your own portfolio of properties, advise homeowners on their sales strategy and assist national and international buyers in finding and purchasing their idóneo property.

At the same time, you benefit from the strength of REMAX: an internationally recognised brand, professional training and coaching, marketing, technology and a large network of real estate professionals.

You run your own business, without having to build everything from scratch.

What will you do?

You will actively develop your local network and continuously identify new business opportunities. You connect with property owners, build your own portfolio of listings and guide clients throughout the complete sales or purchasing process.

You will work with professional marketing, CRM systems and property platforms. You can also collaborate with other REMAX professionals, both locally and through the wider Spanish and international network.





Who are we looking for?

Previous real estate experience is welcome, but commercial talent and an entrepreneurial mindset are more important to us.

We are looking for people who take initiative, enjoy meeting new people and want to build something of their own. You are results-oriented, professional with clients and prepared to actively develop your network and local market.

The Northern Costa Blanca is highly international, which makes languages particularly valuable. If, in addition to Spanish/English, you speak Dutch, German or French, this can help you develop your own market position and client base.
