Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure for AWS data centers, shaping large-scale projects through cross-functional leadership. You’ll coordinate regulators, consultants, and procurement to secure funding and ensure timely delivery. The position sits within AWS AIS, offering a mission-driven environment focused on safe, scalable infrastructure and innovative problem-solving. You will own delivery programs that support water reliability and strategic operations.

• Own end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions from scoping to physical delivery
• Manage 3rd party design consultants, document requirements, budgets, permits and schedules
• Prepare and navigate project contracts, milestone payments, and legal/procurement reviews
• Demonstrate strong project management and programmatic leadership across design, legal, and procurement
• Multitask, reprioritize, and lead deliveries to meet changing business needs
• Develop and maintain overall delivery program and project budgets, submit Capital Allocation Requests
• Prepare investment and business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects
• Liaise with regulators and a wide range of external stakeholders




• Leverage project management tools across all project lifecycle phases
• Regularly report key project metrics to senior leadership
• Negotiate infrastructure agreements addressing business needs and community benefits
• Own water infrastructure delivery end-to-end from design to on-time build and scalable capacity

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in project management or as a project lead including RFQ/RFP processes
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, power generation, oil and gas)
• Knowledge of selecting engineering teams, budgets, coordinating consultant teams, and facilitating meetings
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production
• Experience reading and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents
• “Preferred” Professional Engineering or Architectural License
• Knowledge of building codes and regional regulations
