We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an international team working on large-scale eCommerce and digital product initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer journeys, influence product decisions, and contribute to the evolution of global design standards across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.

- Contribute to the evolution of Design Systems and reusable UI patterns.

- Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive user-centered innovation.

- Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results to improve user experiences and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX/UI Design.





- Strong background designing customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital-first companies.

- Proven experience delivering scalable products and experiences used by large audiences.

- Advanced expertise in Figma.

- Strong UX and UI design capabilities.

- Experience with Design Systems and responsive/mobile-first design.

- Ability to demonstrate measurable impact on conversion, engagement, revenue, or digital adoption.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in multi-country or integral digital ecosystems.

- Knowledge of localization and international user experiences.

- Experience with analytics platforms, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing.

- Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience.
