About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven seller management senior specialist to join our Seller Engagement and Incubation team in Spain. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between data insights and seller education – analyzing marketplace performance data to identify seller pain points, then designing and delivering targeted training programs that help sellers grow their business on our platform. You will work at the intersection of data analytics, content creation and live instruction, turning complex data patterns into actionable learning journeys for European sellers, primarily consist of Spanish sellers. You will be encouraged to leverage artificial intelligence solutions to excel above business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights (40%) Analyze multi-dimensional seller data including: Selling performance, sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, advertising performance, learning engagement, and communication touchpoints to Identify behavioral patterns, skill gaps, and growth opportunities across seller segments Build reports to track seller progression and program impact Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for training design

Training Program Design (20%) Define learning objectives and curriculum structure based on data-driven insights and different seller maturity levels (new, growing, established)



Collaborate with product development teams to align training with platform updates and campaigns Continuously iterate programs based on learner feedback and performance outcomes Deliver training programs in Spanish including but not limited to live webinars, interactive workshops, community and Q&A; office hours to address seller challenges Provide one-on-one coaching for high-potential sellers based on data-identified opportunities Measure webinar effectiveness through attendance, engagement, and post- session seller performance improvements

Leverage Alibaba AI tools to improve seller engagement efficiency and accuracy (20%) Leverage artificial intelligence tools to streamline seller management flow including but not limited to generate regular analysis, create short video based on customized seller cases etc. Educate sellers with Alibaba AI solutions to help automate sellers’ business operation on Miravia and AliExpress marketplace

Required Qualifications

Bachelor + degree with major in business analysis, business management, engineering, instructional design etc.

Proficient English (written and spoken) as mandatory

Native Spanish preferred

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Looker a plus)

Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights from multiple data sources

Fast learner with curiosity for e-commerce, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence

Able to quickly master new tools, features, and industry trends

Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can structure problems independently

4 years in one or more of: seller education, customer success, data analysis, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations

Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Mercado Libre, or similar platforms) preferred but not required

Understanding of e-commerce dynamics in the Spanish market
