As Production Lead at TKAS in Mieres, you will drive daily manufacturing across lines and workshops, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead a diverse production team and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to optimize processes. You will apply Lean and Kaizen to lift productivity and sustainment of assets. This role blends German engineering heritage with a strong local team to advance safer, smarter airport mobility solutions at scale.

• Oversee daily production across assembly lines, workshops, shifts and teams, meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
• Lead safety on the shop floor, control high-risk tasks, and implement corrective actions from incidents
• Manage direct labor, supervisors and line leaders, including staffing, shift planning, multi-skilling, training and succession
• Coordinate with Engineering on new products and process changes to stabilize lines and processes
• Lead maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure availability and compliance
• Monitor production hours, efficiency, costs, and annual budget for production and maintenance
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen to drive productivity and quality improvements




• Support prioritization and execution of industrial investments in production and maintenance
• Collaborate with Logistics, PSM, Engineering, Quality, Projects and HR to ensure material availability and on-time delivery
• Maintain constructive relationships with HR and worker representatives

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience leading production in complex or project-based environments
• Experience managing direct labor, supervisors and assembly lines with operational results
• Experience in industrial maintenance or close coordination with maintenance
• Track record recovering production plans and stabilizing processes
• Experience in labor relations, change management and team development
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, problem-solving, standardization and visual management
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production, cost and maintenance control; SAP knowledge is valued
• Experience in international environments or with cross-site collaboration
• Professional English for cross-site collaboration
