Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President (VP) of Enterprise Risk. The VP of Enterprise Risk will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and assessing market, financial, operational, and strategic risks, developing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring key risk indicators across the enterprise.

The role involves collaborating with finance, operations, compliance, and business leaders to embed risk awareness into decision-making, policies, and processes. The VP will prepare and present clear risk reporting to executive leadership and the board, oversee risk governance committees, manage risk tools and analytics, and support audits, regulatory reviews, and scenario stress testing.

Qualifications

- Strong risk management capabilities, including experience in enterprise risk frameworks, risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and governance.
- Deep expertise in market risk and finance,



with a background in financial services or similar complex, regulated industries.
- Highly developed analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and partnering across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in remote or distributed team environments, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, risk management, or a related field preferred; professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience with regulatory requirements, risk reporting frameworks, and risk-related technology platforms or analytics tools is beneficial.
