In this role you will drive Iberia’s social media presence for Spain and Portugal while shaping influencer marketing in the region. You’ll own the Iberia content calendar, adapt global campaigns to local markets, and lead performance analysis to optimise reach and engagement.
Collaboration with the Global Social Media team and local brand activations will be key to delivering on the brand’s mission. This is a hands-on, creative role in a fast-paced, fashion/retail context with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own and develop the Iberia social media content calendar aligned with global campaigns and local moments
- Manage day-to-day social activity across Instagram, Tik Tok and other platforms including publishing and community management
- Write brand-consistent copy reflecting La Redoute tone of voice
- Monitor, analyse and report on social performance to optimise engagement and growth
- Stay updated on platform trends and best practices to evolve content strategies
- Collaborate with the Global Social Media team to localise assets while maintaining brand guidelines
- Lead Spain influencer programme and support PR, brand activations and partnerships
- Organise and execute brand events and influencer activations, creating and capturing content around events
Responsabilidades
- 2/3+ years in social media management and content creation
- Strong creative portfolio with social-first content
- Excellent copywriting and brand tone understanding
- Very good knowledge of Tik Tok and Instagram, including backend reporting
- In-house experience in retail, fashion, or beauty
- Proficiency with editing tools (Capcut, Canva, Final Cut Pro) a plus
- Creative ideation across channels
- Ability to adjust content strategy based on performance data
- Experience in fast-paced, trend-driven environments
- Highly organised with strong creative vision and attention to detail
- Strong communication and ability to lead and execute content solo
