As a Business & Market Intelligence Intern, you will work alongside our consultants and contribute to the research, analysis and operational projects that support our recruitment and business development activities.

This internship is an opportunity to gain a behind-the-scenes understanding of a recruitment consultancy: how companies identify their talent needs, how we analyse candidate markets, how talent pools are mapped and how market and salary intelligence supports client conversations and business decisions.

Your responsibilities

Market & Talent Intelligence

You will support our consultants in building a strong understanding of their markets and identifying relevant talent pools:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis across different industries and functions.
- Build talent mappings and identify relevant profiles and companies.
- Support talent research and sourcing projects using professional databases and digital tools.
- Contribute to salary benchmarks, Salary Guides and compensation studies.
- Research business, employment and HR trends to provide useful market insights.
- Enrich and maintain our candidate and market databases.
- Help structure data and insights that consultants can use in their assignments and business development activities.

Business & Project Support

You will also contribute to projects supporting the development and day-to-day activity of the firm:

- Assist with market studies, internal analyses and business development initiatives.
- Support the preparation of reports,



presentations and internal publications.
- Contribute to selected marketing and communication projects.
- Manage incoming unsolicited applications and direct them to the relevant consultants.
- Provide operational support on various internal projects.

Office & Team Support

As part of a collaborative office environment, you will occasionally contribute to:

- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional experience.
- Supporting the organization and smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Assisting the team with practical coordination when required.

Your profile

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Curious about business, industries, people and labour market trends.
- Comfortable conducting research and working with information and data.
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while enjoying collaboration within a team.
- Confident using digital tools and keen to learn new research platforms.
- Professional, proactive and eager to contribute.
- Fluent in Dutch, French or English; additional languages are an asset.

What you will learn

This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to the business and research side of talent consulting.

During your 3 to 6 months with Morgan Philips, you will:

- Learn how consultants analyse a market and map talent pools.
- Understand how companies approach recruitment and talent decisions.
- Develop practical skills in market research, talent intelligence and salary analysis.
- Gain exposure to different industries, functions and organizational structures.
- Learn how data and market intelligence can support business development and client advisory.
- Work alongside experienced consultants in an international professional environment.
- Contribute to projects with concrete applications for our teams and clients.
