About the Role
Sovitae España SL is seeking Agricultural Engineer or Technical Agricultural Engineer to join our team as Senior Area Technical & Sales Managers for Valencia Community and Murcia. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on these regions. Your specialist knowledge will help guide farmers and distributors towards adopting sustainable agricultural practices that benefit both the industry and the environment. Main Responsibilities
Monitoring Trials: Oversee agricultural trials and tests within your assigned areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all results are accurately reported and documented.
Supporting Distributors: Provide expert guidance and support to distributors and potential customers, helping them navigate challenges and adopting innovative solutions and increasing sales.
Sales Support: Provide sales support to Sovitae and Distributors with the big and important clients, following results and making technical support.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sovitae team whenever needed, contributing to the delivery of comprehensive support and sharing insights to drive progress.
Travel: Engage regularly with farmers and stakeholders throughout Valencia Community (particularly Alicante and Valencia) and Murcia region. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel across the assigned territory.



With base in Valencia or Murcia your projects will be within 2-3 hours reach.
Required Qualifications
Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Technical Agricultural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Senior Candidates: At least 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant agricultural role.
Skills
·Advanced English language proficiency (C1/B2 level).
·Strong knowledge of agriculture, crops, microbiology, and nutrition is required. If you don’t have sufficient knowledge but a strong interest, we can teach you.
·It is important that you have experience interacting with clients and have an interest in advising distributors and clients to the best solutions.
