- Sell and promote EF English Live online English courses.

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers;
zero cold calls.

- Upgrade and renew current customers.

- Qualify leads and turn them into business opportunities.

- Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and sales targets.

- Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.

- Perform database and record-keeping activities.

- Contribute to revenue growth and increasing the number of students joining the online school.

Requirements

-

- The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.

- An advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).

- 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.

- A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.





- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.

- Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
