We’re looking for a proactive professional to source, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with carriers across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

-

- Source and recruit carriers across U.S. markets

- Manage carrier onboarding, compliance, insurance, and documentation

- Build a nd maintain a reliable carrier network

- Negotia te competitive carrier rates

- Manage booked loads from assignment through completion

- Review paperwork, accessorials, and billing

- Develop long-term carrier partnerships to increase capacity and coverage

Requirements:

-

- Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, sourcing, xhfqzwm or procurement

- Knowledge of DAT, Highway, FMCSA, and carrier onboarding

- Drayage experience highly prefer

- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

- Proactive, self-starter mindset
