About The Role

You have probably heard the title "Deployment Strategist" before. It can mean very different things depending on the company. At Juryo, it means one thing: you are the person who turns our AI into real results inside a law firm.

You are a strategist who loves the front lines. This is not a role where you hide behind a screen all day. You will own the full journey of a client, from the first onboarding call to full adoption: understanding their world, designing how Juryo fits into it, and making sure they realize value in days, not months. You don't need to be a hardcore engineer, because the technical lift here is light. What you need is to be exceptional with people, sharp at spotting friction, and relentless about turning a client's messy reality into a working solution.

Responsibilities

- Design the deployment: Dig into each client's workflows, pain points, and systems. Translate their messy reality into a clear, achievable rollout plan, and execute it
- Build agents: Configure and refine the AI voice agents that talk to real clients of real law firms. You shape the flows, test the calls, and iterate until they perform
- Connect & onboard: Hook Juryo into each client's ecosystem (CRM, legacy databases, WhatsApp, calendars), map their data, train their teams, and get them live in days, not months
- Own client success: You are the person in charge of making our clients successful. If the agent isn't delivering value, that's your problem to solve, and you don't stop until it does
- Feedback loop: You are the eyes and ears of the company.



You see exactly where the product creates friction in the real world, and you bring those insights back to Product and Engineering

Requirements

- Hard worker: Does 996 excite or scare you? If it scares you, you're not the right fit. If not, you'll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people who want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so
- People-first: You genuinely like people, and they trust you fast. You can win over a skeptical Managing Partner and an overworked IT team in the same afternoon, and explain technical concepts to non-technical people without sounding robotic
- Strategic mind, hands-on execution: You see the big picture of a deployment and still roll up your sleeves to configure, test, and fix. MacGyver mindset: "working solutions" over "perfect process"
- Comfortable with technology: You don't need to write production code, but you're not afraid of it. APIs, basic SQL, spreadsheets, and no-code tools are enough to configure the platform, map data, and troubleshoot
- Implementation experience: You have worked in a client-facing role where you owned relationships and outcomes (Deployment Strategist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, Implementation Specialist)
- Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate: This is a fully on-site role at our Barcelona office. You're already here or ready to relocate
- Language Mastery: Native Spanish is non-negotiable (you'll be dealing with local clients and IT teams). Professional fluency in English is required
