Experteer Overview In this role you will lead process improvement across EU sites within the EU Process Engineering team, tackling high-ambiguity initiatives and shaping long-term solutions. You’ll coordinate multi-site programs, mentor junior team members, and drive EU-wide best practices. Expect close collaboration with senior leaders and hands-on optimization using data and analytics to reduce waste and elevate performance. - Lead process improvement initiatives and benchmark site performance against network standards
- Head weekly performance reviews and act as the building Cost Champion
- Perform deep-dive analyses and translate insights into action plans for senior leadership
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics for granular insights and reduced cognitive load
- Participate in daily operational reviews and Gemba walks to identify and eliminate waste




- Mentor SMEs/SSMEs in Lean and operational excellence
- Lead Continuous Improvement efforts (Kaizen/Kaikaku) autonomously
- Drive EU-wide initiative deployment and scale local successes as network-wide practices
- Coordinate multi-site EU projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Support pilots and tests to prevent delays in EU rollout
- Build strong relationships with Site Leader and Senior Management Team
- Support site management during peak periods based on building needsResponsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, or related field
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
