Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global study delivery within Development Operations, coordinating internal and external partners to drive study milestones from CSP development to CSR and archiving. You’ll manage vendor strategy, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. You will provide status updates, develop study documents, and support continuous improvement. - Strategize, set up, and oversee key vendors to deliver study deliverables on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with Data Management, Regulatory, Patient Safety, QA, CROs, and external providers for efficient study delivery
- Plan and conduct internal/external meetings (e.G., Investigators’/Monitors’ meetings)
- Assist Study Lead with budget management and external service invoice reconciliation
- Develop and maintain study documents/plans (e.G., global study management plan)




- Perform Study Lead activities for less-complex studies
- Delegate and oversee team member responsibilities
- Lead lessons learned exercises to document improvements and best practices
- Participate in or lead departmental initiatives and SME functions
- Coordinate start-up and recruitment activities across countries; monitor sites and oversee close-out activities when applicable
- Aggregate and communicate study deliverables to CTT and country teams
- Provide training and resourcing support for CRAsResponsabilidades
- ≥5 years of clinical research experience, with 3 years in a leading role accountable for global trial planning/execution
- Bachelor in Life Sciences or related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Highly proactive with strong initiative
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Office-based work environment and IT/communication proficiency
