Tasks

This role is highly outbound-driven, and cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. Youu2019ll spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone.

- Run daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling
- Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision-makers
- Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate your learning
- Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them
- Track and improve your call performance inside HubSpot
