Offer Description
The role involves working as a STUDY COORDINATOR/ clinical trial coordinator.
Some of the duties are described below (these may vary depending on team organization and the specific trials involved):
- Thorough knowledge of the protocols, tests, and procedures for each trial.
- Coordination of clinical trials (communication with investigators, patients, monitors, sponsors, etc.).
- Coordination and management of the study and study personnel (including all associated tasks).
- Maintenance and management of trial-related documentation.
- Scheduling and coordination of visits for patients enrolled in the study.
- Review of medical records and necessary addenda to meet each sponsor's requirements; monitoring to ensure investigators maintain correct documentation in medical records.
- Requesting reports and report addenda regarding patients from the various clinical departments involved in the studies.
- Handling interactions with clinical trial monitors (both in-person and remote): periodic visits and telephone contact.
- Management of electronic CRFs (support with data entry, discrepancy resolution, etc.).
- Support with managing patient expenses.

Specific Requirements
- University degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Psychology, Education, etc.)
- Certificate in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines – ICH E6(R3)
- Requires a proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented individual with strong organizational and teamwork skills, who is responsible and adaptable.
