Your main tasks and core responsibilities in this position include:
Designing and delivering individualized labor insertion pathways adapted to the specific needs of youth.
Conducting welcoming sessions, initial intake interviews, and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
Providing continuous guidance, active monitoring, and personalized mentoring throughout each participant's training, personal, and vocational progress.
Facilitating social and labor integration strategies within the local community context.




Maintaining accurate documentation and managing records using modern digital tools and reporting systems.
To be considered for this position, you should fulfill the following key requirements:
A recognized university degree in the social field, specifically in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Social Education.
Advanced level of Catalan (high proficiency required for daily communication and documentation).
Strong digital competences and advanced technological proficiency for administrative workflows and platforms.
Empathy, strong communication abilities, and dedication to youth support.
Residence or availability to work on-site in Manacor, Mallorca.
What is offered:
A permanent contract (contrato fijo) ensuring job security and long-term stability.
A gross monthly salary of 2,128.46 euros.
