- Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting- Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration- Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements- Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact- Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues- Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders- Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management- Troubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires- Support endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory- Report to the Director of Strategic Business OpsRequirements- Must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona- Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required)- Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills- Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes- Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations- Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have)- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills- SQL knowledge is a plus- Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo, Jira,
