In this role, you lead the enterprise-wide evolution of execution standards across the product lifecycle, partnering with senior leadership to improve performance and growth through data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and capability building. You will harmonize cross-functional standards across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Value u0026amp; Access while ensuring governance and independence. You translate global strategies into local execution, benchmark against external best practices, and drive continuous improvement. This position offers influence across multiple capabilities and a mission-driven focus on patient outcomes and organizational excellence.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biosciences, or a related field
• Experience: 12+ years in pharma, consulting, FMCG, or related sectors with leadership
• Proven track record in leading commercial transformations or execution excellence xqbhyrx functions
• Experience across analytics, field operations, customer excellence, digital transformation, capability building, or market insights
• Experience managing complex change and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments
• Strong business acumen across the product lifecycle and strategic thinking
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational effectiveness
• Fluent in English; local language desirable
