The role is based in Madrid.Responsibilities:- Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.- Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.- Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.- Collaborate with O&M; teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.- Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.- Manage asset budgets, P&L; performance,



reporting requirements, and support audits.- Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.Requirements:- Plus 3 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations, or a similar role.- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.- Strong understanding of solar PV and renewable energy asset operations.- Experience with utility-scale BESS assets is an advantage.- Solid commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.- Self-motivated team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset. xqysrnhHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
