- Develop and maintain Essity's AI architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate business vision into technically feasible implementations
- Design end-to-end AI solutions for everyday use and high-value projects
- Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and AI engineers to identify and pilot AI use cases
- Align technical implementations with stakeholder requirements and future needs




- Research and recommend suitable open-source and commercial AI technologies
- Audit data, models, and software engineering for continuous improvement and AI risk compliance
- Assess AI services and support models, including model retraining as neededResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI architecture or related roles with scalable AI solution delivery
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI, data analytics, and statistics
- Strong technology strategy and architecture design experience
