Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead talent attraction and selection for Manufacturing and Logistics, shaping hires that support LOEWE’s excellence. You will partner with managers to define roles, drive sourcing and selection, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also contribute to training, development, and talent management initiatives to foster growth and organizational evolution. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration, employer branding, and continuous process improvement.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and align expectations.
• Draft and publish job offers and implement direct search and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interview process with managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company standards.
• Monitor selection KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, conversion rate).
• Collaborate on training and development needs, define training plans, support onboarding/upskilling/reskilling.
• Contribute to internal mobility and career development initiatives; support growth of internal talent.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction projects; support succession planning and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of selection and development processes and tools.
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience in luxury/fashion is preferred.
• Experience in training, development, or talent management is a plus.
• Ability to work closely with managers as a business partner.
• Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills.
• Results-oriented with analytical capacity for KPI monitoring.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English; French and/or Italian are a plus.
