Engineering Manager | Solar Structures & Tracker Systems | EuropeLocation: Europe (Hybrid/Remote options available)Are you passionate about renewable energy and engineering innovation? We are partnering with a leading international company in the utility-scale solar sector that is looking to strengthen its Project Engineering team with an experienced Engineering Manager. This is an opportunity to contribute to the deployment of GW-scale solar projects worldwide while working on the design, optimisation and implementation of advanced solar racking & tracking systems.Key Responsibilities- Perform engineering studies and structural calculations for solar support structures.- Prepare and review technical documentation, including plans, assembly drawings and construction details.- Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives focused on structural optimisation and cost reduction.- Review technical project documentation and identify potential engineering risks.- Collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide technical support during project execution and assist commercial teams with engineering-related queries.- Contribute to quality assurance activities, design reviews and engineering best practices.Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.- Experience within solar PV, steel structures, trackers, racking systems or similar industries.- Strong understanding of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals.- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.- Proficiency with AutoCAD and engineering design tools.- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Fluent English.What We Are Looking For We are seeking an engineer who combines technical expertise with a practical approach to project delivery.
