Em Sherif is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Em Sherif’s high standards.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining / upscale restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong advantage. Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Madrid
