In this role you will join Glovo's Global Operations team to shape the global courier fraud strategy and translate data into actionable insights. You will build detection frameworks and dashboards to uphold global integrity, reducing courier-related abuse while supporting fair, efficient operations. Expect cross-functional collaboration and the chance to drive scalable, data-driven solutions across markets. • Define and own the global courier fraud strategy across markets with ongoing improvements
• Address courier-related challenges at local, regional, and integral levels
• Build scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify quality gaps and propose solutions
• Provide leadership with updates on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities
• Develop models to monitor fraud risks,



predict no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution
• Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to ensure alignment
• Design data-informed solutions addressing couriers' pain points to boost satisfaction and operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• +3 years of experience providing data-driven insights to internal teams
• Strong SQL and Excel skills or extensive coding experience
• Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with high-growth, ambiguous environments
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
