Experteer Overview As ITSM u0026amp; Vendor Management Specialist, you will join GISD’s Transversal Governance Team to steer service governance and vendor oversight. You’ll bridge ITSM discipline with strategic vendor management to deliver enterprise-wide transparency and cross-functional alignment. The role focuses on governance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on operations. You will influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement across multiple pillars, shaping reliable and cost-efficient infrastructure delivery. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Own and publish consolidated Infrastructure KPI/SLA dashboard and monthly availability report across pillars • Maintain Major Incident u0026 Post-Mortem Register, driving root-cause analysis governance and preventive actions • Enforce observability and ITSM process standards (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge) across ServiceNow • Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives and present outcomes to leadership • Govern aggregate service health and partner with pillar operations teams for instrumentation and accountability • Produce Vendor Performance Scorecards and coordinate QBRs/BRs for strategic vendors • Act as governance point for strategic vendors,



surfacing risks and opportunities to Infrastructure leadership • Support RFPs, sourcing events, contract negotiations, renewal planning with Procurement/Legal • Identify vendor consolidation, optimization, and cost-efficiency opportunities across the portfolio Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline • 6–8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, governance, service management, or vendor management • ITIL v4 Foundation certification • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM) • Proven track record defining SLAs/KPIs and building executive dashboards (Tableau preferred) • Contract lifecycle management experience • Experience negotiating with hyperscalers and tier-1 vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) • Financial acumen: TCO, CapEx vs OpEx, chargeback/showback, cost optimization • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, EA, and PMO • Excellent written and executive-level verbal communication in English • Analytical, data-driven, outcome-oriented mindset Requisitos principales • Hybrid work plan • Flexible Remuneration Plan • Wellwo wellness platform • Wellhub gym network access • Global Family Leave Policy • Stock ownership program
