This role provides practical work within a supportive community integration program, offering you hands-on experience in logistics, material handling, and public service.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the delivery and pickup of donated items and reusable materials.Loading and unloading goods, organizing them, and managing warehouse storage.Providing courteous assistance and customer service to members of the public.Performing basic maintenance and routine checks on the collection vehicle.Following occupational risk prevention (PRL)



guidelines and adhering to established quality procedures.RequirementsOfficial accreditation of status in a group at risk of social exclusion (riesgo de exclusión social).Ability to speak and communicate effectively in Spanish.Strong motivation to commit to a personal integration and employment path.Capacity for self-reflection, personal improvement, and constructive teamwork.Willingness to participate actively in the collective goals of the project.No specific academic degree or previous formal studies are required.What the organization offersA temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.A scheduled working timetable: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 to 15:30, and Thursday from 7:30 to 14:30.A gross annual salary of 17,476.68 €.The chance to gain practical experience and develop valuable professional skills in Sóller.Application deadline: September 3, 2026.
