Candidates must therefore be comfortable with rural living and enthusiastic about making the estate their home.High-quality accommodation is provided on the estate completely rent-free, with utility bills covered, together with transport.Working together, the successful couple will take responsibility for the smooth and professional running of the estate. Responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day operation of the shooting estateOverseeing sustainable partridge, game and habitat managementPlanning and delivering high-quality shoot days, with an emphasis on safety and an exceptional guest experienceLeading, training and managing gamekeepers, estate staff and seasonal teamsMaintaining estate infrastructure, accommodation, vehicles and equipmentManaging budgets, purchasing, procurement and operational expenditureEnsuring compliance with hunting,
