JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle check in procedure and follow admission instruction; - Greet, receive and bid farewell guests at different airport spaces, i.e. security control, boarding gate, baggage claim, etc; - Assist guests with their needs within airport facilities, internet access requirements, baggage arrangement and transportation, shower and nap room booking - Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge. - Assist in promoting various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers,



ensure able to deals - with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively - Take care of lost and found items and the related documentation. - Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity. - Responsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate action, as well as administrative tasks - Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts. - To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. xqysrnh - To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time. - Eventually carry luggage if needed JOB REQUIREMENTS - Relevant experiences in airports, hotel services or catering is an advantage - Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Spanish (additional languages are desirable) - Able to work independently and under pressure - Rotative schedule - Microsoft Office package - Working location: MAD Airport
