A training company in Palma is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated drama workshop instructor to lead theater classes on Mallorca. In this role, you will guide participants through engaging practical and theoretical activities, fostering their confidence, communication skills, and artistic expression in an inspiring learning environment.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:Planning and developing dynamic, interactive, and participatory theater workshop sessions.Teaching both foundational theoretical concepts and hands‑on stage techniques.Monitoring individual and group progress throughout the training period.Creating a supportive, engaging atmosphere that motivates active student participation.What you bring to the role:Relevant educational background,



with at least an intermediate vocational training qualification (Cicle formatiu de grau mitjà).Proven experience of at least 6 months in teaching theater and drama workshops.Solid language skills in Catalan (level B2) and Spanish (level B2) to communicate effectively with participants.A dynamic, structured, and pedagogical approach to group training.What is offered:A seasonal permanent contract (contrato fijo discontinuo) with an estimated duration of 9 months.Part-time schedule of 5 hours per week during the afternoon: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30, and Wednesdays from 16:00 to 18:00.A gross hourly rate of €18 per hour.The chance to work locally in Palma and make a positive impact through arts education on the island.Applications close on September 3, 2026.
