In this position, you will inspire students and equip future professionals with the practical and theoretical knowledge needed to thrive in Mallorca's dynamic hospitality sector.Your main focus is to provide high-quality education and support learners throughout their training program.Planning and delivering comprehensive theoretical lessons and hands-on practical classes.Designing the didactic programming and learning guides for the training courses.Structuring educational content and preparing materials suited for vocational training.Guiding students through practical kitchen, service, or catering techniques.Evaluating student progress and ensuring educational objectives are met.To qualify for this position,



you need demonstrated experience in hospitality training and strong communication abilities:At least 1,900 hours of documented experience as a trainer or teacher in hospitality and catering.Relevant formal education and specialized background in the hospitality and restaurant sector.High proficiency in Catalan (advanced / fluent level), as required for instructional communication.Strong pedagogical competence and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.The position provides clear terms within the private education sector in Palma:A temporary employment contract.Part-time schedule of 16 hours per week, working between 16:00 and 20:00.Compensation of 22 € gross per hour.On-site workplace based in Palma.
