Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting
Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration
Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements
Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact
Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues
Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management
Troubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires
Support endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory
Report to the Director of Strategic Business Ops
Requirements
Must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona
Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required)
Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes
Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations
Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo, Jira,



or ServiceNow is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3–6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems
Proven experience with SAP Business One
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
Must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office
Availability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Occasional flexibility to support critical business systems outside normal hours
