We are looking for an experienced BI Developer/Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of reports, dashboards, and data models from Power BI to Tableau.The role involves end-to-end ownership of migration activities including assessment, redesign, development, validation, and stakeholder coordination.Analyze existing Power BI assets:Reports, dashboards, datasets, data sourcesIdentify migration scope and dependenciesPerform rationalization (what needs migration vs discard)Define migration roadmap and prioritization strategyRebuild Power BI dashboards into TableauDesign visually optimized and user-friendly dashboardsMap Power BI visuals to Tableau equivalentsHandle feature gaps and suggest workaroundsOptimize Tableau dashboards for performanceImprove query efficiency and data refresh cyclesTune large datasets and joins
