Experteer Overview
In this role you lead systems engineering for Mission Vehicle and its mission systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. You translate customer requirements into robust designs and oversee end-to-end activities from definition through certification and airworthiness. You will integrate sensors and subsystems (airborne and ground) to support diverse missions, and guide lab, ground, and flight tests and customer validations. You contribute across the lifecycle and support proposals and technology assessments to drive mission capability and integrity.

• Transform customer requirements into design solutions and specify/define/develop/integrate/verify/qualify/certify for airworthiness.
• Manage integration of mission sensors and equipment across airborne and ground segments.
• Plan and execute laboratory, ground,



and flight tests and prepare supporting documentation for development, certification, and customer evaluations.
• Provide systems engineering support across the full lifecycle of Mission Systems.
• Support services and commercial campaigns related to Mission Systems.
• Assess innovative technologies and architectures and deliver independent cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity to support sustainable growth.

Responsabilidades
• Professional experience in systems engineering for aerospace or related field.
• Experience with requirements analysis, system integration, verification and validation, and certification processes.
• Knowledge of airworthiness and mission system validation in manned or unmanned aircraft contexts.
