Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own and unify the end-to-end DevOps strategy across multiple teams, aligning practices into a single program-wide standard. You drive governance, tooling, and KPI dashboards to support reliable releases, observability, and cost management. You will partner with team Principal DevOps Engineers to execute program-wide standards locally, while championing AI-assisted tooling and security governance within Allianz's Risk Shield/ARS framework. You’ll lead incident response, disaster recovery, and release governance at scale to enable secure, high-velocity delivery.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the end-to-end DevOps strategy across teams; standardize tooling and align team practices
• Own DevOps governance within Allianz's risk framework (Risk Shield/ARS) including access lifecycle and DR testing
• Define program-wide CI/CD standards and environment strategy across dev/test/staging/prod
• Own observability strategy, including dashboards, alerts, capacity planning and cost monitoring
• Define and manage KPI framework, dashboards, SLAs, and program health reporting
• Lead end-to-end incident management for production issues with cross-team coordination
• Own disaster recovery scope, targets (RTO/RPO) and DR testing cadence across layers




• Oversee release and change governance with standardized deployment windows, rollback strategies
• Promote AI-assisted DevOps practices across workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• at least 3 years leading DevOps strategy and governance across multiple teams
• experience with incident management and disaster recovery at scale
• cross-team leadership and stakeholder management across distributed teams
• hands-on with observability tooling, capacity planning, and cloud cost management (FinOps)
• strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps and environment management across multiple environments
• experience standardizing DevOps tooling across diverse stacks; Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform or equivalent)
• security governance familiarity related to DevOps (threat modeling, access lifecycle, control compliance)
• proficiency in English; experience with AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus
