In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating user needs, coordinating essential social services, and ensuring quality direct care for individuals and families across the local community.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Providing direct social assistance and individualized support to users
Conducting dependency assessments and evaluating individual care requirements
Managing social resources and coordinating appropriate support measures
Drafting and maintaining detailed social reports and case documentation
Collaborating with the broader healthcare and home care assistance network in Palma
What you bring to the position:
Vocational training qualification in the social sector (FP rama social)

Fluent Spanish language skills (native or equivalent command)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
A university degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social) is highly valued
Prior professional experience in a similar social care or home support role is an advantage
Additional language skills in English and Catalan are appreciated
