Joining us means becoming part of a collaborative organization where quality of execution, innovation, responsibility and effective risk management are essential.We are looking for a senior Payroll, Compensation & HR Operations Lead who takes ownership of these activities for approximately 220 employees in Spain, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and a high quality employee experience.This is a broad and visible role within an international and highly regulated banking environment, working closely with Finance, external providers and local and international stakeholders, while contributing to the transformation and continuous improvement of our HR processes.Tasks and responsibilities:You will act as the key point of expertise for Payroll, Compensation and HR Operations in Spain, with responsibility for:Leading and coordinating the end-to-end monthly payroll process in partnership with our external payroll providerEnsuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, including salary changes, bonuses, variable compensation, allowances and deductionsManaging payroll controls, reconciliations, audits and statutory reportingEnsuring compliance with Spanish labor law, tax and Social Security requirementsCoordinating payroll accounting activities, provisions and closing processes with FinanceManaging compensation processes and employee benefits, including the flexible compensation planAdministering pension schemes, life and disability insurance programsCoordinating employee share plans and other equity-related programsProducing workforce cost reporting and analysisManaging relationships with external providers and ensuring high-quality service deliveryIdentifying opportunities for automation and simplification,
