Experteer Overview In this role you will shape our online marketing analytics and AI roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn data into growth. You will lead a growing analytics team and drive a data-driven, experimental culture to optimize global campaigns. You’ll push advanced analytics and AI to stay at the cutting edge of marketing innovation. This is a strategic, impact-focused position within the Marketing Performance organization that shapes how we measure and optimize performance at scale. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Define and execute the analytics and reporting strategy for online marketing campaigns • Champion AI adoption and automation within the marketing analytics ecosystem • Design, track, and analyze experiments and drive a continuous test-and-learn agenda • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing context, tools, and guidance • Translate complex business questions into analyses using Python, R, or SQL and collaborate with stakeholders • Report on campaign performance to senior management with actionable insights from multiple angles Responsabilidades • Degree in a quantitative or technical field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics,
