Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Spanish Speaking
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery.
This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives.
Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.
Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice.
Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants.
Identify risks,



issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them.
Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities.
Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud.
Essential Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration.
Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and go-live.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with both business and technical teams.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Previous experience working in international or multi-country environments.
Desirable
Experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation or Payroll.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and third-party systems.
Experience with data migration and testing.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience working on large-scale general Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
