In this role, you will build and maintain software in a dynamic fintech environment, contributing to the Incentives team within the Grow u0026amp; Engage domain. You will collaborate across the product and engineering teams to deliver features that enhance customer experience from signup to premium membership. You’ll work with modern cloud and microservice architectures to solve scalable problems, stay current with tech trends, and contribute during Get Stuff Done Days. This is an opportunity to shape the technology behind a fast-growing digital bank.

Responsabilidades




• Experience with JVM languages and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems (Kotlin a plus).
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
• Bias for action with a focus on security, well-tested and well-documented code, and the ability to give/receive direct feedback.
