We are seeking a specialist with a deep understanding of the German marketplace to guide high-potential accounts—including prospective tech unicorns—through their initial journey with our this consultative position, you will act as a main advisor tasked with establishing strong client trust, boosting feature adoption, curbing account cancellation, and unlocking revenue expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & PPC Setup: Act as the dedicated point of contact to welcome new accounts and launch top-tier pay-per-click ad campaigns.
Proactive Account Outreach: Maintain regular phone-based communication to advise accounts, share best practices, and uncover hidden expansion angles.




Custom Strategy Development: Identify distinct client goals to design effective, sustained campaign configurations that yield immediate results.
Database & Account Management: Log all client interactions, maintain accurate records, and oversee account records within the CRM.
KPI Auditing & Analytics: Review campaign performance data to present useful insights, optimizations, and reports to account holders.
Full-Funnel Marketing Consultation: Guide partners on connecting their ad efforts with their wider conversion funnels, including landing page fixes, audience segmentation, and ad testing.
Local Market Intelligence: Relay regional insights, competitive updates, and user feedback back to internal strategy teams.

Applicant Profile Core Requirements

Language Proficiency: C1/C2 or native-level fluency in German, paired with professional command of English.
