- Gross Base Salary: €23,876.19 per year
- Performance Bonus (OTE): €3,407.56 per year
- Total First-Year Gross Package: Up to €30,383.75

We're looking for a Danish-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Ads team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to businesses across the Danish market, helping them launch and grow successful PPC advertising campaigns while driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Onboard new business clients and guide them through their advertising journey.
- Understand client goals and recommend effective PPC advertising strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through outbound sales, campaign optimisation, and upselling opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and ongoing support.
- Manage a high volume of customer accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and new business opportunities within the Danish market.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while providing strategic advice and tailored advertising solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Native-level (C2) Danish and fluent (C1) English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years' experience
