Experteer Overview
In this role you own and continuously improve critical parts of the rider journey, using data and user feedback to reduce friction and improve conversion, engagement, and retention. You will translate business goals into clear opportunities and validate ideas through experiments and rapid prototyping. You’ll work with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops to align goals and metrics, balancing quick wins with long-term platform health. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position within Freenow’s Rider team, focused on making urban mobility easier and more satisfying for riders.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of Product Manager experience in fast-paced, multi-million customer-facing products
• Proven discovery and delivery capabilities with data-informed decisions
• Passion for creating simple, user-friendly products
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate problems, data, audience, and solutions
• Strategic and analytical mindset with competitive insight and rationale
• Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Mixpanel or similar)
• High agency, proactive ownership, energetic and action-oriented
• English fluent
