Experteer Overview
In this role, you will redesign and test payment structures for riders worldwide, blending data analysis and modeling to improve efficiency and fairness in our logistics network. You’ll work within Integral Logistics to influence key operational KPIs and ensure scalable, data-driven decisions. You’ll own experiments from design to rollout and monitor impact across regions. This is a hands-on role for shaping how riders are rewarded in a high-growth, global platform.

• Redesign courier payment framework to optimize engagement and operational metrics
• Model payment factors (vehicle type, distance, weight, peak hours) to improve fairness and efficiency
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, switchbacks) to validate changes
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Experience local and regional rider needs by stepping into their perspective





Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business impact
• Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English; comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
