The Global Safety Administrative provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and project support to the Global Safety Manager to ensure the successful execution of BQ's global safety strategy. This role serves as a central point of coordination between regions, supporting safety programs, reporting processes, training administration, system management, documentation, audits, and communication initiatives.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams worldwide.
Key Job Responsibilities: 1. Global Safety Program Coordination Support the implementation and follow-up of global safety initiatives across all BQ regions. Coordinate communications and follow-up activities related to global safety projects. Track project milestones, deliverables, and action plans. Consolidate regional updates and provide progress reports to the Global Safety Manager. Monitor completion of assigned safety initiatives. Maintain a general safety calendar to track key deliverables, audits, campaigns, training sessions, self-assessments, and regional deadlines. 2. Safety Reporting & Analytics Collect, validate, and consolidate regional safety data. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reporting processes. Maintain dashboards and KPI reports related to: Total Recordable Incidents Lost Time Incidents 3. Safety Systems Administration Serve as administrator and coordinator for global safety platforms and reporting tools. Maintain user access, configuration requests, and support documentation.
Coordinate data quality reviews and data integrity checks. Support global adoption of digital safety tools and reporting systems. Support testing, user feedback collection, documentation, and adoption of new digital safety tools such as dashboards, SharePoint repositories, Power Apps, or other internal platforms. 4. Incident & Corrective Action Tracking Maintain records of incident investigations and corrective actions. Follow up with regions regarding overdue action items. Identify critical or high-risk overdue actions, escalate relevant delays, and prepare status summaries for management review. 5. Training Administration Coordinate global safety training schedules and communication. Track completion of mandatory safety training programs. Manage training records and certification documentation. Support virtual and in-person safety workshops, webinars, and meetings. Coordinate training materials and translations when required. 6. Global Meetings & Communications Organize Global Safety Committee meetings and quarterly safety reviews. Collect and organize safety best practices and recognition examples to promote cross-regional learning and positive reinforcement. 7. Audit & Compliance Support Maintain global safety policies, procedures, and documentation. Support preparation for internal and external audits. Coordinate global safety self-assessments and maturity assessments, including launch communication, deadline tracking, result consolidation, and gap summary preparation. 8.
