Experteer Overview
In this SEM Specialist role, you plan, execute, and optimize search campaigns for multiple clients within Publicis Media agencies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with business goals and drive performance through data-driven optimization. The role focuses on scalable campaign management, rigorous measurement, and staying ahead of SEM best practices. This is a hands-on position with an impact across planning, execution, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI when available
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and manage campaign structures, ads, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Monitor performance and implement optimizations based on KPIs and client objectives
• Support reporting and performance analysis through web analytics and media platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals




• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and SEM best practices

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement
• Familiarity with bid management and optimization tool Search Ads 360
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) desirable
