Free Motion is the leading bike rental company in the Canary Islands. Since 1999, we offer a wide selection of bicycles from top brands, guided tours, workshops, cycling shops, and sales of new and second-hand bikes for both local and international cycling enthusiasts. We operate from 11 centers across Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and Lanzarote, supported by a professional, friendly, and ever-growing team. More than just a store, we are a meeting point for cycling lovers.

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Los Cristianos. The ideal candidate will share our vision and passion for cycling, be a team-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, and be capable of adapting to different situations and working under pressure with a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of cycling
- Customer service experience
- Fluent level of English

Valuable Skills:

- Other languages (German, French, etc.)
- Passion for cycling, both road and mountain

Working Hours:

- Full-time position
- Versátil schedule from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week
- Morning, afternoon, or split shifts depending on the season and operational needs

Duties:

- Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience
- Managing rental bookings: organizing, processing, and following up on reservations
- Inventory control and management, ensuring stock availability and order
- Stocking and product replenishment in the store
- Typical store department tasks
