Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage a strategic real estate portfolio with a strong data analytics focus. You will bridge traditional property operations and modern data science to optimize asset performance and inform enterprise decisions. You will lead initiatives across real estate management, analytics, and long-term planning to drive efficiency, cost savings, and investment opportunities. This position offers a data-driven, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on portfolio value and sustainability.

• Oversee property portfolio operations including lease administration, tenant relations, and facility management coordination
• Evaluate property performance and propose optimization strategies for space use and cost efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services
• Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations with legal and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Develop and implement property management SOPs and policies
• Conduct site inspections and property condition assessments
• Prepare CAPEX plans and manage property budgets
• Design and maintain real estate databases and dashboards
• Develop automated KPIs dashboards (occupancy, rent, operating expenses, ROI)
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for investments
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis using data tools




• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management
• Ensure data quality across systems and forecast trends for planning
• Create predictive models for leases, maintenance, and budgets
• Contribute to long-term real estate strategy using data-driven insights
• Identify portfolio optimization and cost-reduction opportunities through analytics
• Support sustainability tracking of energy and environmental metrics
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to integrate real estate data systems
• Present findings to executive leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in real estate management or portfolio administration
• Fluency in English (multilingual a plus)
• Experience with data analysis, BI, or financial modeling
• Professional certifications such as CPM or RPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data modeling)
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with real estate management software (Yardi, MRI, Argus, CoStar)
• SQL proficiency and database management
• Experience with Python or R is advantageous
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of GIS and spatial analysis is a plus
