- Support payroll solution deployments for clients including data migration, integrations with other systems, and reporting
- Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Configure and customize existing integration models with internal systems
- Conduct comprehensive testing to verify solution functionality and data accuracy
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
- Participate in web component development and API-related work as part of the solution




- Support time and attendance and HCM-related payroll applications as applicableResponsabilidades
- Technical academic background in DAW, DAM, ASIR, or computer engineering/software engineering
- ≥3 years of experience in similar roles
- Backend programming with Node.Js
- Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- REST API development and web services (JSON)
- Cloud platforms knowledge (Azure or AWS) a plus
- Experience configuring and customizing ERP solutions
- Strong multi-project management and quality standards
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Integrho desirable
- Experience with payroll, time and attendance, or HCM systems a plusRequisitos principales
