General SummaryYou will lead the commercial expansion of the BioHorizons Camlog business across Spain and Portugal, driving both revenue growth and profitability. You'll oversee a sales and marketing team, supported by back-office and logistics functions, executing our global GORG strategies with local market adaptation. This role requires close collaboration with general marketing, products & solutions, and the Henry Schein Dental partner organisation to unlock synergies and optimise market penetration.Essential Responsibilities- Commercial & Financial Leadership: Lead commercial strategy and profitability across Spain and Portugal, establishing a strong foundation for sustainable growth- Partner with finance on annual budgeting and monthly forecasting- Conduct regular performance reviews with the Managing Director Central Europe, GORG, shaping regional strategy based on local insights- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Build and execute integrated sales and education strategies that resonate with local customers and market dynamics- Develop local marketing initiatives including tailored campaigns, pricing strategies, and partnerships that reflect regional preferences- Collaborate with the Head of DSO EMEA, GORG to capture growth opportunities in corporate and institutional healthcare- Team & Organizational Development: Lead and mentor a talented sales and back-office team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work culture- Create high-performing teams through strong relationships, clear communication, and investment in people development- Implement sales management systems (CRM) that support efficiency and work-life balance- Strategic Market Engagement: Understand the unique needs, preferences, and competitive landscape of the Spanish and Portuguese markets- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners, including Henry Schein Dental, to create mutual value and success- Contribute strategic insights to GORG, representing the voice of your markets and identifying opportunities for innovationDesired Qualifications- A Bachelor in Business or Master's degree (MBA is a plus), with 10+ years in the medical devices industry with demonstrated commercial success- Proven track record establishing and leading high-performing sales teams with a people-centered leadership approach- Experience thriving in matrix organizations with the ability to mobilize and inspire cross-functional teams- Strong analytical mindset,



including financial acumen and sales force analytics- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market is essential. Understanding of the Portuguese market is highly valued- Language proficiency: Business fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
